I practise a sport called athletics.
I practice this sport when I have free time. When I go running I like to do it alone, thinking about my things and listening to music. I usually run along roads or around my town. I go running for half an hour. When I do it alone, I take it seriously and I meausure doing this sport, but if I go with friends I do not take it very seriously, because we talk and when you talk it is more difficult to hold your breath running, and that's why I prefer to go running alone.
I have to practise more because I don't have to much stamina but I have a good speed, I want to start doing resistance exercises to improve it. I encourage everyone to do some sport in order to have a healthy life.
